She really was that little …

As one of my best friends was in  labour last night (and has since had a beautiful baby girl who I can’t wait to cuddle!), I watched my Love Bug wander around with her pink teddy bear.

teddies are great pals

She then carried teddy to where I was sitting, put him in my lap and had a little rest.

teddies make great pillows

As I thought about my friend, and watched Bubba with her teddy, I remembered back to the day when her lovely uncles came to visit us in the hospital. Bubba was two days old. They gave her the teddy that day.

will she ever be as big as teddy?

It seems a lifetime ago, but only yesterday.

Welcome to the world our new little friend.

And happy 30th birthday to Bubba’s lovely uncle/mumma’s lovely cousin!

  3. And how quickly they grow up. I love how you cherish all her moments.

    • They are all happening so fast! It makes me even more glad that I have been blogging since she was born – so I have somewhere to go and relive all of her cherished moments. Thanks for sharing them with us.
