Jobs for Bubba

No, this is not a case of child slavery. I’ve not sent Bubba out to work, but she does like to help out at home. Lucky me!

She’s often helping with the washing, she tidies up her toys (and those of her fuzzy siblings) and she generally lets me know if something’s out of place. Combined pointing, no and mumma alert me that something’s amiss in Bubba’s world.

For the past few weeks, Bubba has been the one to give Bella and Beary their treats as we leave home in the morning. I have been trying desperately to get some photos that aren’t blurry but not doing so well in that attempt…

Bubba is so excited to give them their treats that she flies past me at a rate of knots.

Bella waits ever so patiently on her bed, then scarfs her treat under her paw so that it’s anchored well before she gnaws on it.

And Beary is off with his the second Bubba hands it over!

Then Bubba and I blew kisses to our fuzzy loves and head out into the Spring morning to walk to work and day care.

About bumpyroadtobubba

Mumma to Poppy Grace (born January 2011); forever friend to my furry buddies Bella & Bear; love spending time with family & friends, cooking, reading, writing, design & watching trashy TV (when I find time)! I try to perform one random act of kindness each day & think more people should learn a lesson in unconditional love & acceptance from our 4-legged furry friends. This is my journey to motherhood & beyond - single by chance, mother by choice.
