I know. I think every day should have one issued at the moment, there are so many super cute happenings. Like these.
Apparently I ask everyone in my little house if they’re okay. A lot. Because my little parrot has started asking too. Sometimes just because – like when Bella moves away from the rest of us to lay at the top of the stairs, a perfect vantage point to keep an ear on what’s happening in the whole house.
And sometimes when something happens that begs the question – like when my phone fell as I was putting Bubba in the car this morning.
I mentioned in the audacious cat post that when Bubba asked a question of Cat that she tilted her head to the side. She does it when she’s asking if you are okay as well!
When she’s asking the question of the dogs, she gets right up close whether they’re laying on the ground or standing up, puts one little hand on the top of their head and looks them in the eye, head tilted You okay?
When she’s asking me, she generally puts one hand on my cheek if she’s close enough. Or, last night’s kicker, she actually put her arm around my neck and pulled me to her cheek to cheek. I may have died on the spot.
This isn’t a great photo as it’s a screen shot from a video I was taking of Bubba feeding the dogs their dinner, but she has just pulled her arm away from Beary’s head having asked if he was okay. And if he was finished his dinner.
She’s beyond!
So, friends: are you okay?
We’re OK. Bubba is waaaay OK. Love it!

I think that is delightful, every time we cough or sneeze the dogs look at us to see if we are OK and require an answer. I have a habit of doing the same thing. H hope she keeps the habit of asking if those she cares about are OK. have had better weeks, but yes we are OK

I imagine she’d be asking Sage over and over right now. Give her a cuddle from us – poor pup!
