I was feeding Bubba her bed time bottle last night. She was holding onto my hand (her whole hand wrapped around one of my fingers) as she usually does. Super cute.
Then she splayed out her fingers against mine. She’s just learnt to high five so kind of like she was going to high five me, but oh so gentle.
Then she stretched her tiny little fingers out as wide as they would go and laced the top of her fingers through mine and just left them there for a minute. Aaaaaahhhhh.
That’s the first time we’ve had our fingers intertwined while we’re holding hands, and it was a blissful minute I’ll never forget.
It’s the little things that are life’s most precious moments. Love.

That’s just Bubba’s way of telling you that it will be okay and she trusts you. Moving with a little one and pets is tough. I unexpectedly had to move a 16 month old and 3 dogs across the United States. A hurricane destroyed our house so I decided enough of that! It may not seem like it now, but it will all work out as long as you are all together and share the journey.
Wow, I would move my loves across country if there were hurricanes too! Glad you’re all safe.

This is a moment that you will always remember, These are the things no one can take away from you. One of the reasons we love your blog is that it brings back similar memories we have… enjoy it our dear friend for it passes so quickly and it wont be long before Bubba experiences the same thing with her children. It seems far off now but time passes so quickly….
