Bubba loves to have tea parties when she’s at grandma’s house, they use Aunty’s tea set {which is 30-something years old}. Yesterday morning Bubba was still a little under the weather with her ear infection, and mumma has a head cold and can’t hear out of her left ear so I was quite pleased to be told no ballet mumma. I was also a little surprised given how much ‘practice’ has been happening this week: I do ballet mumma!

A big children and baby toy and clothing store chain is about to close so I thought they might have tea sets on sale. I was right. We spotted them as soon as we walked in, and left 10 minutes later {with a cute pink and blue carry basket and a winter knit dress for Bubba – all three items for less than the original price of the dress}.

After Bubba’s afternoon sleep, I took her 26 month photos, and we had a tea party.
