We had a lovely Saturday. The sun was shining and warm, the birds were chirping and the terrible twos tantrums were a thing of the past. Okay, so they skipped a day!
Bubba gave Bella and Beary their kongs. We went to the organic markets. We got stuck in traffic. Lucky for me I had Bubba to entertain me. Apparently it was striped top and pink jeans day – matching by accident! No surprise Bubba was offered taste tests of everything we passed. One look at those big blue eyes and I would give her the world too! Bella perched on the couch this evening and relaxed. Only poor Beary didn’t have a great day: his tummy is sore again. It’s so sensitive, so back to restricted diet for him.
Oh, and Love Bug is finally wearing the puppy superhero pyjamas her aunty and I bought all those years ago in New York. Sure, they’re still a little long in the arm and leg, but they’re super cute!
Bubba and I were walking down the hall from her bedroom to the kitchen earlier and we passed my bedroom. Both dogs were having a snooze on my bed. I heard a little voice behind me say hello fuzzy loves as she looked in on them. *sigh*
The funny conversation for the day goes to this one though. Bubba picked up a USB. What’s that mumma? A USB Bubba.

I always felt that Peanut was an ‘old soul.’ I wondered when she was little, just how she could know certain things when she had not yet had the life experience. Children are an open channel to many gifts. You sure have a cutie there
