Fuzzy loves

Today’s post is about a new fuzzy love. As opposed to our 4-legged furry loves.

But I’ll start with the good news: Bubba slept through the night last night. All night. One little stir around 10pm, which a quick cuddle and back rub sorted out, then I had to wake her up this morning so we could leave the house on time for me to get to work! That never happens.

She was full of giggles and happiness and big beautiful smiles this morning, squealing at the dogs and generally full of love. If only I’d been able to spend more time with her!

In the past couple of days she’s really taken to one of her teddy bears. One she’s had since she was born, but he all of a sudden holds huge appeal. He’s almost as big as she is, and he’s super soft. She gives him loves (tucking him under her chin and snuggling in) and she holds him out for Bella and Beary (and mumma if I’m lucky) to give him loves too. So cute!

He has even gone to daycare with her the past two days. You can only just see him in the corner of this photo of us walking to daycare this morning – all smiles.

Smiling because we’re happy. Smiling because we’re feeling better. Smiling because it’s Friday.

And smiling because teddy is hitching a ride with us to daycare!

  1. So happy for a good sleep. Even with her still-red little nose, that Bubba smile jumps out of the picture. Thanks for sharing such good news. xo
