I took a photo of Bubba last night while she was sleeping. I had to stop myself crawling into her cot and snuggling up to her she looked so gorgeous and peaceful. You wouldn’t know that a few seconds before I took this photo she’d been wracked with a coughing fit, and every 10 minutes for the previous couple of hours.
When I looked at the photo, my first thought was how much she looked like Holly Hobbie. I think it’s those enormous chipmunk cheeks, cute button nose and whispy hair (although Holly Hobbie did love cats so there’s that similarity too)!
The latter is a phase Bella and Beary are she’ll grow out of, but if her current love of the feline continues I see a rescue friend who meows in our future.
When I searched for a Holly Hobbie image, this is one I found.
I can definitely see similarities!
