Wordless Wednesday: post baby body

I have oscillated wildly over the past couple of days over whether to post this photo or not. Obviously I arrived at go for it. I wrote about natural beauty recently, and I’m posting this photo as part of the Body Positive Challenge #4: what real post baby bodies look like.

Never have I had more respect for {or been more in awe of} my body than when it was carrying Bubba. Now, my desire to keep my body healthy has nothing to do with wanting it to look a certain way, but everything to do with wanting to stay on earth with my Love Bug for as long as is possible.

So here you have it. The body that gave me the most amazing gift. Is my body different to what it was before? You bet it is.

And you know what? I’m okay with that.

Good choice my friend! Mommy said her body is different over the years. You know what? She’s happy with it. It took a long walk to get to this point in her life. She tells me she wouldn’t change it for anything. Hogs and snout kisses – Bacon

    1. Thanks Bacon {and Bacon’s mumma} x
