I read a great article published on Huffington Post yesterday and shared by a friend on Facebook. It was about 18 things little children can teach us about happiness. Read it here.

Later in the day Love Bug and I were in the grocer. Hearing a tune that took her fancy, she started dancing around the store – much to the delight of everyone around her. If you click on the photo it will take you to the film I took of her.

In that moment she was the living breathing example of that list, particularly living in the moment and they will dance everywhere.

She {like all little kids} has such joie de vivre. I hope she never loses that spirit.
