You know your safety message is getting through when this happens.

When we finally arrive at kindy this morning, having had one of those mornings where it just seems to take forever to get out of the house despite nothing out of the ordinary happening, it was pouring with rain. Often when it’s raining I’ll lean back and undo Love Bug’s seat belt so she’s ready when I get around there with the umbrella.

This morning she asked me to wait a minute. So I did. When I turned back, she was securing her Easter Rabbits in for their ride to work with me.

We have to have our seat belts on when we are in the car mumma. You put mine on because you love to keep me safe.
