It was Bella’s 9th birthday yesterday. So we made these pupcakes {because everyone is important in our family}! For icing I mixed some plain Greek yoghurt with blueberries and drizzled in a little honey.
Love Bug and I shared the cake {because there was nothing in there that wasn’t organic/healthy!} but found the cakes to be a little dense. So much so that I was worried my little hoover of a dog {Bella, not Beary – he’s quite considered when eating his food!} might get one big cake lodged in her throat so I cut it up for them.
As for the 2-legged family members? We just had fun singing happy birthday, blowing out the candles and then licking the ‘icing’ off the top of the pupcakes.
Yesterday we also passed a pretty significant milestone – on the same day as our friend Bongo, how fun!
Today’s post is number 1,001! Wow.
