Is it just me or does it feel like approximately 84 seconds since Love Bug started school?
As happy as she was to be going to school this morning to see her friends, she was a little apprehensive about starting Grade 1. Knowing that she won’t necessarily be in class with her closest friends, getting to know a new teacher, not being with me quite so much.

Bravery pep talk
A little apprehension. A little mumma love.
It’s a lot for a {just} six year old to think about. So we talked about it again … at 5am. We’ve been talking about it for a couple of weeks, but reality hit today.
While I know she will be totally fine and happy and thrive in school this year, I also love that she wants and needs her mumma. The feeling is totally mutual!
