Probably no surprise that this mumma is exhaust-piped!

At least this time next week all of our things will have been moved to our new home, I will have taken the keys back for our current one, and I’ll be a few hours away from a couple of holiday weeks unpacking, arranging Christmas last-minute and getting our new home settled.

Last night as I begrudgingly dragged myself out of Love Bug’s cot she asked me if I was tired. When I said yes, she offered these words of wisdom you should go and have a big sleep mumma, take these friends with you to give you cuggles. Offering to share her friends with me for the benefit of a better sleep? I know I asked the same yesterday, but is she real? Precious girl.

Of course, I made the rookie mistake of taking her advice, so when I lay down on my bed with her friends to take a photo to show her this morning, I actually fell asleep.

I’m not sure why I’m surprised, I could probably sleep standing up right now.
