Love Bug and I talk about sometimes foods. Things we don’t eat unless it’s a special occasion like a birthday or some other celebration.
Yesterday we had two such celebrations. I was never more convinced of the disastrous combination of sugar and preschoolers than I was at about 6pm.
Thankfully she had only taken about three slurps of this pink drink when we got sidetracked!
A big bowl of quinoa porridge with almond milk, blueberries and strawberries to start today.
And hopefully a lot more calm…

I just started mixing quinoa with my steel cut oats. Nice combination. Although that pink drink looks pretty good, too…..
She looks adorable. Why can’t sugar overload be before lunch? Lol.
