I am happy to work with people internationally – that’s the concept: these days there is no need to be in the same geographic location as those you work with. I’m excited to share with you the launch of my new business board-assist.

Whether you are new to the world of Board membership or you’re a seasoned non-executive director {NED}, you’ll agree that the transition from executive career to NED life is a leap into the unknown.

During your executive career you likely had an assistant and together you were a formidable team. You didn’t need to worry about how to get to your next meeting, or to research who was going to be there. If you had a speaking engagement, your assistant possibly wrote the draft of your speech for you. They also knew when it was important for you to be on home soil {school, sport, birthdays of significant others} and your favourite place to holiday. They knew when your car registration was due, your favoured restaurants, your allergies and your airline seating preference.

In other words, you didn’t need to sweat the small stuff. So what happens now?

The good news? You still don’t need to sweat the small stuff {you can breathe out now}!
